I would like to downsize from my 5 bedroom, huge home to a one room cabin. Sort of like Little House on the Praire. I want to raise my own food (I already do that some), use no electricity, use my own well water, and live a cheap, simple life. I am worried that not having bedrooms for kids, etc. will get them taken away from me. What is permissable in simple living while keeping children’s services off your back?
My kids are 100% for it. We have a great family relationship and they are already homeschooled and outdoorsy type kids. They love people and look at every new adventure as just that….an adventure. I am not worried about them for I know they would love it….I am worried about the children’s services not loving it.
